I've made this twice, once for 4 people and once for 20. Both times it was perfect and everybody raved about the taste. This is the best marinade for flank steak I've found!

Marinated for 24+ hours and kabam! Moist, not too spicy, but so flavorful...the whole family loved it!

I was SO glad that Guy won the Next Food Netowrk Star and this recipie is proof as to why. While vacationing with my family in upstate NY I made this for everyone and they raved! I love to share recipies from Food Network with friends and family but the reaction to this dish has been amoung the best ever! I made Guy's entire meal and there was nothing left! Just awesome - tell Guy to keep the great ideas coming and I LOVE THE SHOW! His personality was meant for TV!

Too much marinade. Try half the quantity for 1 lb steak.

I could hardly wait to prepare this steak after watching Guy prepare it on his show. It was great and the flavor was just perfect.
I will definitely make this again and might even try it on other cuts of meat, say a London Broil or even chicken or pork.

The bloody mary mixture was easy to throw together -add the steak, refrigerate and voila you?ve done for a couple of hours! Twenty hours later, I grilled the flank steak and it was tender and juicy and very tasty. This recipe is a keeper and I plan on making it again. You go Guy!
