I liked how you added the bloody mary ingrediants with the other ingrediants to marinate. This would make a good steak to serve over the grilled romane lettuce. Thanks for the tips. I enjoyed your show and will difinately watch and recommend other to do the same.

I just watched Guy's first show and thought it was a BLAST! I will make every recipe he showed today--and soon! I hope he will find a better time slot in the very near future!

Guy, I think you did a wonderful job on your first show. I certainly will try all your recipes. I've made the grilled lettuce BUT not with the onions, bacon and blue cheese. I will give it a try that way.

Just watched "Guy's Big Bite" and I loved it! Guy is great, and I really enjoy watching him, he's so real and I love his "lingo". I intend to make every dish on today's episode. Guy should be on Prime Time, 10:00am on Sunday had got to go. I recorded the show and will watch it over again. Guy's great, he's better than Emeril. Best of luck to you Guy. Keep up the good work and never change. (Love the jewerly.

I really enjoyed watching Guy's show this morning. I had to tape it -- too early for me. His recipes of the flank steak and romaine salad are ones I would try. Keep up the good work and congratulations!

Again, Can't wait to try this recipe. I loved Guy's show this morning and am looking forward to seeing more of him. I love his energy and enthusiasm, he's a plus for Food Network. Too bad he's not on later, since I have to record his show because I'm in church at the same time. But I am looking forward to many more fabulous ideas from Guy.
