What a disappointment! After grilling this steak it absolutely had no flavor. Marinated as directed for 24 hours and the meat did not absorb any of the flavors. I usually amke this flank steak with Peter Luger sauce and scallions and was so excited to try something else! I should have drank the marinade instead!

ABSOLUTELY TREMENDOUS!! Followed the recipe to a "T" and it was wonderful. I made your other recipes with it instead of the tator tots. I sided the steak with the Sofrito Mashed Potatoes and started the meal with biscuits and your Spicy Chickpea Salad. All three together had the perfect compliment of spice throughout. Thanks, GUY!!!

This was just wonderful. I have never made a flank steak, but when I saw this episode I had to make it at the cabin, it was a huge hit everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. I did let it marinate overnite then brought it to the cabin to grill. Super Thank you Guy.

Top notch steak! I wasn't a big red meat fan until this dish! I've told all my friends and co-workers. Easy, too!

This recipe was awesome. I have made it twice and both times delicious. Will use this recipe time and time again. Followed it to a t and was very user friendly. First time marinated it according to recipe, the next time I had to do something so waited an extra day. Delicious both times.

This is truly the best piece of meat i've ever eaten. I love steak, love any kind of red meat, and this one beats them all. I even made it for a wedding and cut it into bite size pieces with fancy picks to eat it with - it was a HUGE hit. Truly fantastic. This recipe has led me to other recipes of Guy's and so far I've loved every one of them!
