My hubby was going to Iraq so I made this as out "last meal"... are you kidding me?! It was amazing... thanks Guy for helping me leave him with a full belly = our 2 girls loved it too (and they are VERY picky eaters. I'm going to make it the night he gets back too... Thanks again. Keep up the good work.

I made a big batch and marinated both a flank and a sirloin. WOW! The flavors were bold enough that it shown through and yet didn't overtake the meat. Will make this again.

I've made this twice - the first time it was okay - marinated the meat for the shorter time indicated in the recipe - it wasn't bad, but it lacked punch. Conceptually, I liked the concept of recipe so I tried again, this time we extra horseradish and due to a scheduling conflict it marinated over two nights - it was great we really enjoyed it.

I did the flank steak recipe, and it was a big hit. I used the same marinade for portabellos for my vegitarian friend... a big hit. I had all the ingredients on hand, so a few days later I marinaded chicken thighs, pan seared the thighs, and then finished in the oven for 20 minutes with the marinade... another big hit. This recipe is a Keeper!

I've always liked Bloody Marys and I wonder now why I didn't try to use it as a marinade before!! It offers a variety of flavors without being over-powering. Very subtle and delicious!!
