I took this to my husband company BBQ. Everybody loved this. I had never made it before, but gave it a try anyway. Delicious!! I added dill weed to the sour cream/mayo mixture, yummy! And, I added fresh basil chopped up. I mixed the mayo mixture to the pasta before I left for the BBQ, and kept everything else in Tuperware containers. I then added them at the event. It was great. I will make it again and add either cook shrimp or diced chicken. And, possibly crumbled blue cheese. VERY GOOD!

I really enjoyed this recipe. It was creamy, fresh, and savory! Although I didn't have to corkscrew shaped pasta, I used Radiatori which seemed to work just fine. I recommend.

I'm sorry, no matter how delicious this sounds, I cannot even consider making it with almost 1,000 calories and over 50 grams of fat PER SERVING. Even if you're thin as a rail, it's an unhealthy dish. Shame on Food Network for even publishing such.

I have made this several times now and it is delicious! I switched it up a bit- either left out the lettuce, or served it in "lettuce cups", changed the thyme to basil and added some lemon zest. To have less fat- change to olive oil mayo and use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, it is wonderful! My family loves this one, and I made it for a wedding, and they all loved it too!

We loved this - I used prosciutto instead of bacon and it was heavenly! Next time I'll use bacon and blue cheese :

I made this salad for dinner one night. My husband, who isn't much of a pasta salad eater, really liked it. I served it at room temperature as the recipe said. My husband even took the leftovers to work for lunch the next day - it was as good cold as it was at room temperature.

I served this last night and got good reviews from the family. I added tomato bruschetta I had made the day before which gave it more flavor. And like others, added blue cheese as a topping. Delish..... use plain yogurt, lowfat mayo and sour cream as substitutes for high fat. Buttermilk will accomplish the same thing and give a little different flavor. Lastly, I made it with less bacon, still had the flavor, and reduced calories that way as well......mangia!

I made this for a pot luck picnic and everybody loved it! I made it exactly as per the recipe, and next time I may try the fire roasted canned tomatoes as one reviewer suggested. Also, I don't think it is fair to a recipe rating for people to give one star just because they think there are too many fat calories. I rate recipes based on taste and how much the people I serve it to like it. If someone doesn't want a recipe with high fat and calories, then pass it by and there are so many other alternatives to help make it less fattening.

Not a whole lot of flavor besides the mayo/sour cream. Just didn't like it.
