You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh crabmeat
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup scallions, minced
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Mix the crabmeat, mayonnaise and grated cheese in the top of a double boiler. Cook over medium heat until melted through. Stir in scallions and black pepper. Spoon onto toasted baguette or crackers. Serve hot.

    This recipe is so easy to make and is so delicious!! I made this for a party and it was a huge hit. People actually started topping their burgers with it (which was also super delicious! I modified it slightly though... I added a couple tsp of old bay and reduced the mayo to 1/2 cup and just added milk at the end to thin it out.
