Great flavors! Took a while to prepare along but it was a hit. This one goes into the rotation. Thanks for this recipe.

My son and his future bride asked fleetingly for shish kabob for their rehearsal dinner. I found this recipe and tried the shrimp last night. We couldn't stop eating!! The marinade was much easier to make than I expected. I would triple he balsamic vinegar basting sauce. And be sure to soak the skewers. I'm thinking I might just marinate the veggies in the balsamic so that we don't have to baste much. It did cause flaming on the grill.

I wondered about the potatoes but they were delicious and didn't fall off the skewers. I was careful not to overcook them when I boiled them. I am hoping we will have local new potatoes for the wedding. Yum!

Several of the brides family suffer from celiacs and this recipe has no gluten at all. She was so excited. We can't wait to test drive the other two meats.

Back in the summer of 2008 this was the first recipe I ever made for a young woman I had started dating. Now that beautiful woman is my wife, and I'm still doing the cooking. Go figure.

This recipe is awesome. When I mention the idea of kabobs, it is assumed I will be making these. The marinades are interchangable among the meats, citrus on beef is interesting, and the dijon rosemary on chicken is delicious.

I have used the Steak and Chicken marinades SO MANY TIMES in the last 2 summers. I love spices so I always increase the amount the recipes suggest. I also double the marinating time - or leave it at least overnight if not for 24 hours before grilling. I also add in some cayenne seasoning for added heat and spice!!

I have used turkey breasts for some picky friends with the Citrus marinade (Chicken marinade and it was incredible - I have never had turkey so juicy!!

Definately, these recipes are my GO TO summertime Healthy favorites!!!

Soooooo good! I made the steak and veggie marinades. Didn't have any fresh rosemary, so I just used dried, and still soooo good! My family devoured it.

Fabulous recipe. I have been using it for years, and just love it. One thing is that I do keep the meats together--all chicken kababos, for example, so that the meat cooks evenly, at the same time.

Each of the marinades were surprisingly tasty. I eat little meat and usually am not easily impressed with boneless, skinless chicken dishes, but this recipe transformed the chicken into something particularly delectable. This was a great way to entertain friends on a balmy late summer evening.
