Avocado Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat Greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions

Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a food processor and add the yogurt, lime juice and a big pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.

This was so yummy! I like that it's tasty & healthy! I used 0% fat Greek yogurt and added cilantro. We served as a topping for fish tacos.
