I have always been a huge fan of creamed spinach and since my boyfriend and I have been trying to watch our weight, I thought I would give this recipe a try. Last night I tried the recipe out and it was VERY easy. I made a little extra sauce and I have to tell you HOME RUN!!!!!! This recipe hit the ball right out of the park! It will now be a recurring side dish in my house! Thank you, Bobby!!

Very good recipe; didn't seem to be missing on anything even though it is a make over of his mother's recipe. Whole family loved it; will be making again.

I decided to give this a try and love it... and I'm not a spinach person... but this recipe was quick, easy and delicious. I could have made a bigger batch!

My 15 yr old son asked what i was cooking. I told him I couldn't say (because I knew he wouldn't try it. He said he saw the recipe I pulled up on the internet and it looked "gross". I told him to at least try it. Verdict........he loved it. So did my husband. Will probably become a staple. Thanks Bobby Deen!!
