    This was so good! Made for my husband, kids, father and father-in-law and it was a hit with everyone! Even topped my baked potatoes with the cheese and pancetta mixture! Looking forward to making again! AWESOME! Thanks for the recipe!

    I modified this recipe a little bit by using sirloin steak instead of Filet Mignon, but it was a HUGE HIT! Keep up the healthier options, Bobby... Thanks!

    My husband thrives on gourmet cooking. I cooked this for him last night for Valentines Day since he is in a leg cast. He is still raving about it! He went to therapy today and was bragging about it there. The BEST steak EVER!! This is going in my favorite recipe box for sure!
