Yummy. A great light way to eat your green beans. Next time I will skip the shallots.

Served this on Thanksgiving--everyone raved about the combination of flavors and textures. A keeper, for sure.

These were SPECTACULAR!! Took them to our Thanksgiving at the lake and they were such a great FRESH extra to balance out heavy side dishes. Trimmed and blanched the beans, toasted the nuts, crumbled the cheese, and made the vinaigrette the night before. Tossed it all together when I got there and wow, was it a hit! Will be making this as a green accompaniment to our Christmas dinner as well. Thank you, thank you Bobby! Good traditional sides with lots of flavor, and an updated twist, are hard to come by. This is a long term keeper.
