We can't buy Arctic char here, so I used salmon. The glaze made made the fish taste so delicious!

Served this for a dinner party, to absolute rave reviews, including mine! My husband doesn't love couscous, so I used angel hair pasta and it was phenomenal. This will be staple at our house.

This recipe is much more involved & difficult than its "easy" description suggests. I am a big Bobby Flay fan, and I often find his recipes to be very involved. Therefore, I was somewhat prepared for the undertaking. Nonetheless, I found the overall outcome to be very disappointing given the amount of time and work that went into the recipe. The tangerine-habanero glaze was excellent, but the clam broth seemed to overpower the dish. I couldn't find Artic Char so I used rainbow trout instead, perhaps that affected the dish more than I anticipated. Bottom line is that I WOULD NOT make this recipe again.
