Bobby you are my fav! After seeing this video recipe I was inspired to use the fri diavlo ingredients in a rib-eye steak, minus ketchup. So I seasoned my steak with kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, chopped garlic, oregano, chili pepper flakes and olive oil. And made dipping sauce balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Fabulous!

Thanks a lot! Now my fam says they never want ordinary ketchup on their burgers again. It's delicious! I used shredded cheddar for the crisps. And I just put four circles of it on a pan covered in parchment paper and they turned out great.

Great new taste to a burger. Used horserelish cheese. Great spicy burger.
