trying this right now as i type this. the flavors of this salad terrific. i used spinach in place of arugula and i added chia seeds as a source of fiber at the end. i will omit the cumin seeds next time. the ground cumin is just enough spice. oh yea, i also sliced some radishes in for a crunch. not only was this a delight to eat but it was also a delight to look at.

Wow! This was absolutely amazing! The honey and lime give the perfect balance of sweet and tart. This is definitely going into regular rotation! Thank you, Bobby!!!!!!

This is a great IDEA salad! I added garbanzo beans, blanched asparagus, a little blue cheese to the basic salad and the vinaigrette was perfect with enough left to make another salad.
    Thanks, Bobby

Loved it, can't wait for bbq season! did whisk the vinaigrette up in a bowl and used my Silpoura for pouring it over the individual salad plates. Worked wonderfully!

This was different, the cumin seeds were a little over-powering, next time I'd cut them by half. It may have been the toasting of them. I also cut the oil and added some garlic.

Absolutely delicious! The flavors of the cumin and cilantro with the other ingredients are so refreshing, and the avocado balances out all the flavor. This will definitely become a regular recipe in my home.

I didn't measure the ingredients for the vinaigrette as specified, just kind of threw in a little of each until it tasted delicious. Sounded like way too much oil to use anyway. I also left out the cumin seeds. Great blend of flavors though. How can you go wrong with avocados, arugula, cilantro and tomatoes. Yum!

Wow....this was amazing. The dressing didn't overpower the salad..just enhanced it. Great recipe.
