This salad is really yummy. I added a can of drained, rinsed black beans and a can of drained mandarin orange slices. I also added grated lime zest to the dressing. I wrapped the leftovers in a sun-dried tomato wrap...and it was even better! You have to try it!

This is nice & refreshing. Would be a great topping for a light, white fish.

Bobby Flay does it again, an outstanding starter Salad that is great to acompany chicken or meat at your table. I am not big on avocados but this salad was great, my wife loved it. Definately a thrown touchdown by Bobby.

I made this salad with the pork tenderloin from this same show. They were both excellent. All of my friends raved about it.

This salad was really good. Between the sweet tomatoes, buttery avacado, peppery greens and smoky dressing I was in heaven as was my husband. This is a keeper.

We served this salad to a guy who hates raw tomatoes and he was converted! My wife and i fight to see who gets to take the left over portion to work. Awesome.

This salad is delicious and very simple to make. It makes a great side for meat dishes. You can personalize the taste by increasing the honey or spices to make it suit you.
