My family loved this recipe!! It was so easy and quick. The only problem I had was that one of the birds tipped over in the BBQ and stuck to the grill, but was still tasty. Very tender and juicy. We'll have it again.

Hats off to Bobby Flay for this great recipe. I live in AZ and with the temps well over 100 don't want to heat up my kitchen. This was so easy to make and the flavor was fantastic. The hen was moist and flavorable, the sauce is great for dipping if you prefer extra flavor. Will make this next time I entertain.
