Great fish recipe... made it with some mexican rice.. used leftovers the next day and made fish tacos that were amazing... Also I roasted the peppers, makes the pesto taste even better

Pesto was to die for, great flavors! Pairs well with a simple arugula salad with a lemon/olive oil dressing and a touch of parmesan. Will serve for company next, and also great for small plate type servings.

Awesome dish, but tried to cook it inside and it smoked up the house. The flavors were amazing as usual with Bobby's dishes. I used almonds instead of pine nuts because I didn't have any. Still turned out great. Thanks Bobby again as always.

This is one of the FN recipe's I do more frequently. It is delicious, an eye stopper, healhty, what else? Love the bold flavors, and how rich the sauce is in spite of being so healthy.

This is an incredible recipe that tastes just like a restaurant! For the pesto, I used roasted red peppers from a jar instead of the yellow peppers. It was incredible and this is something I will definitely make again and again. I can't wait to make it for company for a very impressive meal! My husband loved this dish and was thrilled there was enough rub and pesto leftover to prepare the meal again for the next night! And he never wants to eat the same thing two nights in a row!

I halved the recipe (including the sauce, as many reviews mentioned there would be extra and I still had sauce left over. I put it on rice and it was delicious! The only problem I had was I could not find chile de arbol powder, so I just added some extra chile powder in and it worked fine.

I used some New Mexican red chili for the rub, which was delicious. My spice-loving husband didn't even reach for the hot sauce like he usually does! I halved the recipe, for 2 fillets, and ended up putting the rub on too thick I think, since I had so much. After the other reviews mentioning leftover pesto, I would say that unless you are going to drench the fish, even for four fillets you could just half the pesto recipe. I used hazlenuts because that's what I had in the house, which was fine.
