Delicious, I must say. Prepare to spend a good part of the day in the kitchen, but it will be worth it! Made this for a romantic dinner for two, but would really be fun for a dinner party, as a lot of this can be done in advance. Looking forward to trying it again!

I saw Bobby make this on a kitchen remodel show. It looked amazing. I don?t have a Mesa Grill around me so I thought I would try to make it. I made this last Sunday. I spent most of the day making everything. In the morning I made the habanera sauce and the BBQ sauce. I would recommend reading the recipe a couple of times before attempting this. It turned out delicious. It is a perfect recipe for a dinner party or a romantic dinner for two (with some leftovers of course!.

I had these crepes as an appetizer at Flay's Mesa Grill in NYC and couldn't get enough of them - the flavor is smoky-sweet with a long spicy finish and very complex. It's like a circus in your mouth! These just might be the perfect appetizer to impress guests at a dinner party. I've made them several times and they are a hit again and again. Just be sure to allow yourself enough time to make the sauces (or better yet just buy the Mesa Grill BBQ sauce from Flay's website! or make them a day or two in advance. Another A+ recipe from Bobby Flay!

It is hard trying to contact someone who just insulted you. Best Crepes in America, I think not. I have been making Crepes in Breckenridge, Co for Seven years and I have never heard of these ladies. I started under the direction Of Edward de Mesquita owner of Le Creperie De Hampstead. He as been making crepes for over twenty years before I met him. Since then my crepestand in Brecenridge has too become legendery. I have heard of crepe makers from all across America The crepe King in San Fransico, to City Crepes in New York. Do your reseach next time Bobby Flay before you declare anybody the best.
