    Love this chili! My husband and I recently placed 3rd in a chili competition using many ideas from this recipe. For the meat we used sirloin tip roast and an wonderful oatmeal stout for the beer. Love love love the toppings!

    ive made it before based on your show one night. i had jotted the ingr. and made it for dinner the following night.. it was quite spicey, just the way we like.. and savory.. makin me want to make it again.lol great job.

    LOVE the toasted cumin in the crema! I added brown rice to soak up all the chicken broth. The smoldering heat in this chili is perfection. Nice job Mr.Flay!
