    Wow, who knew? Very tasty, though prep was time consuming although easy to follow. A few things I did differently: 1 Don't waste your time looking for sherry vinegar, as Balsamic would have worked fine. I halved the vinegar glaze and still had tons left over. 2 Unless you are a HUGE peppercorn fan, half that also. It still had the kick, just not the bite. 3 Fry the egg and place it over good quality sharp cheddar instead of scrambled egg. The guys each had two, but one was enough for me ;

    Sub the cheesy eggs for fried eggs & sharp cheddar sprinkled on top with a little green chile. To die for...

    Juicy and full flavor. Anyone who has made brisket...this recipe is delicious. Prep work should include making a shopping list for ingredients and materials. Cooking work is involved but easy. I followed the recipe and added little red peppadews. Delicious food. Annie , Fremont, CA

    Made this for dinner. We left out the peppercorn glaze, and didn't put horseradish in the sauce, but honestly it was really good. The brisket was amazing - beautifully tender, and melted in your mouth. I wasn't sure about the steak sauce because by itself I didn't really like it, but once I put it on the sandwich, I kept slathering on more. We all really enjoyed this meal, and would definitely make it again.
