    This recipe reminds me of the wonderful dishes I have enjoyed in Switzerland.

    Waaaay to vinegar-y! This just didn't make it. Made it to go with homemade brats I made and it overwhelmed the entire meal; neither hubby nor I finished the small amount we put on our plates.
