This dish is excellent. Instead of baking I grilled the chicken. Even my 15 year old daughter loved it.

My family and friends loved this recipe. I cut the chicken up before I marinated it for fajitas and tacos (yellow and white cornand put cooked them on my cast iron skillet. I also added red pepper flakes to give it a kick.

I made this tonight for my husband and two kids (ages 3 and 5, and it was incredible. The peanut sauce was too spicy for the kids, but the adults couldn't get enough. The chicken was amazing. In fact, my daugher said that this was the best thing ever. That is saying a lot for a five year old. I think this recipe would be great as chicken skewers with the peanut sauce - then topped with the cilantro. I can't wait to play around with all the great ideas in this one recipe! Thanks Bobby Flay!

My boyfriend was about to eat his tongue. Out of 8 pieces of chiken I made he had 7 at once. Usually he doesn't eat a lot... it is an amazing any-ocasion-recipe.

I have served this recipe at dinner partys, at a BBQ, and I have used them as appatizers. It is now my husbands favorite dinner, and when ever I am invited to somthing people request that I bring these tacos. They always say "This peanut sauce is the best I have ever had!!!" Thanks Bobby Flay:

This recipe looks complicated, with so many variable ingredients. It was pretty easy; however, there were too many separate flavors kicking around that didn't complement each other too well for my taste buds. Typically I like variable flavors, especially spices/herbs, but this isn't the recipe for me & my family.
I did like the marinade - I will use that for future dishes.
