I've made this several times and we love it. \it's so simple too. Tonight I'm using toasted naan in place of the croissants.

The beef tenderloin with the aged cheddar and watercress was great but we did not care for the horseradish and mayonaise sauce, which was disappointing. Next time I think I'll just stick to plain horseradish.

These 5 stars don't come easy -- it's that the sandwich is just this good. Use manchego, per an earlier comment (how Bobby made the recipe on TV. The mayo cuts the spiciness of the pepper nicely; everything comes together. Can't recommend this *delicious* sandwich enough.

Made these sandwhiches for a luncheon to celebrate end of school; had to email recipe to every teacher! Did all the grilling at 8:00 a.m. To serve, reheated foil-wrapped sandwiches in oven with mayo and cress ready to go when sandwiches came out. I used a round steak sprinkled with Montreal steak seasoning, sliced thin. A favorite! Served with Bobby's jicama salad.

Love, love, love this recipe. On the show, Bobby used manchego cheese and I liked it a lot better than cheddar. Can't wait to make this again!

Try this recipe! You will NOT be dissapointed! It is simple to prepare and your guests will feel like they are at the local country club or at the four seasons.
