My family loved this! My nephew who is 12 truly loved this and was licking the spoon. It was easy to make and I'll to this one again.

Beautiful to look at and gorgeous to taste! I had a hard time melting the white chocolate in the microwave. I added a little warm milk to smooth out the white chocolate. Sprinkled a few white chocolate chips on top. I will make this dessert again and again!

Cassis is a liqueur, I've never tried it, but Ina is the only one I've seen use it. I must confess I haven't tried this recipe, but let's face it, it's gotta be good. Maybe I'll splurge and buy a bottle, that will give me an excuse to find recipes that call for Cassis.

This was so easy and delicious. I made a few changes to make it lighter and a little less expensive. Since the price of blackberries was quite high, I used a little over half the amount of blackberries and added strawberries to supplement the difference. I only pureed part of the blackberries, leaving all of the strawberries intact. I used 3 cups of light cool whip instead of the whipping cream to save on calories and a little work, and I couldn't seem to find hazelnuts at the store so I just used a nut topping instead. I will definitely make this again!
