    As a New Orleans native with a passion for great cooking, I tuned in to the Jambalaya Throwdown with interest. Personally, I do a Creole (as opposed to Cajun jambalaya that's pretty tasty (I'll see if I can post it here. While I've gotten some great recipes and cooking ideas from Bobby, his approach to Creole jambalaya was closer to paella and literally painful to watch.

    Very involved recipe, but good results. Be careful of letting the rice get too dry. Also, I don't think it needs all of the garnishes it calls for!
