I must say that I am quite surprised (and disappointed in the face that a "chef" would use a premade pizza dough when making the dough is so easy, thus the loss of 1 star....I expected more from Bobby...that being said, it's a great pizza....

Fire up the grill, go back in the house to stretch the dough (store bought or homemade slice the tomato's, get your cheese ready. By then the grill will be hot enough. Great thing about this recipe; you can use any veggie and any cheese. We love garlic, so it is always added, sliced or roasted. Best thing about this recipe, no oven on in the house for pizza, yeah!

I add garlic powder to the olive oil after I brush it on for added flavor. Love to add sliced olives when the granddaughter is here as she loves them.
