If you like garlic this is the recipe for you. I did add 2 tsp sugar and it was even better. We were not bothered by any vampires....that's for sure :

Surprised! Is how I guess I'd describe my feelings after making this. That's in a good way. I've never made a sauce this good before. Followed the recipe exactly and the flavors were deep and rich. I loved the "pop" the red pepper flakes gave it. My boys loved it too! Easy and Excellent!

I'm not sure what all the fuss is about or I must be a food snob. Don't get me wrong, these were good but by no means excellent or good enough for company. The meatballs didn't have a lot of flavor and I followed the directions exactly and seasoned well with salt and pepper. I felt like they needed more seasoning. The sauce was good but very basic marinara which would be fine if the meatballs really stood out. I will continue looking for the perfect meatball.

I was looking for a way to use up fresh tomatoes and decided to make this recipe. Instead of canned tomatoes I crushed fresh tomatoes along with a pint of cherry tomatoes to make sauce.
I did add the tomato paste, but didn't have the pepper. The sauce turned out good, but what was the best was the meatballs.

Can anybody say....AMAZING!!! I will to this Recipe!
By far the best quick sauce I have ever made, I have made lots. The meat balls are cooked just right, and are very tender! I use whole wheat spaghetti and I buy the pork and hamburger, Publix packages them together. I dont use the veal, it still comes out perfect! I make the sauce for things also, not for just this recipe! THANKS BOBBLY FLAY!
