Although I like sauce made with Italian sausage better, this came out pretty good and my husband liked the meatballs for a change.

This recipe is so easy to follow and really is the best spaghetti and meat balls I've had. It is so rich and you can tast all the ingredients; the epitome of Italian cooking!

Ever since I discovered using ground beef, pork and veal I've not made a bad
tough meatball or meatloaf again. I make soft bread crumbs by running good sliced bread thru my mini food processor. Sometimes I'll saute red bell pepper and grated carrot, puree it and add it for flavor and moisture.
You can also cut the egg back to one and use a couple tablespoons of half and half or heavy cream. I could live on spaghetti and meatballs and this one is really simple and tastes great.

These meatballs are so easy!! You can substitute any kind of meat also and they still taste as great. They're very tender (unlike the dry ones my mom use to make. Bobby Flay has done it again! OH.. and if you take all the ingredients and just toss them into your food processor, it makes things easier on you and still tastes the same and they still look great!

this is a great recipe, I've made it so many times I don't need the recipe anymore. I've played around with it and I noticed, you don't have to fry the meat balls, infact you can just make the tomato sauce up follow the recipe and when it says to drop the meat balls in, just make them up and drop them in. you'll end up with better tasting meat balls, way more moister and healthier too. because you didn't fry them. cook it for about 45mins, perfect everytime.

Loved this recipe. The meatballs were exceptionally good. So so tender and packed with lots of great flavors. I used hot&spicy ground pork instead of the regular stuff. Added a nice spice to it.

    One work to describe this recipe would be.... F A B U L O U S.
