So simple and so good! I didn't realize until making this recipe that you don't need a bunch of sugar, etc to make a margarita! My guests that desired a little sweeter version used a couple drops of blue agave syrup. However, we were just using up something I already had. Agave syrup is as bad as HF corn syrup, so use simple syrup instead.

Good basic margarita. "Pretty good," says my
Hubby, who's a margarita fan. I added freshly squeezed orange juice, not enough lime. And used triple sec sans orange. Dipped rim in salt too!
Definite does the trick. Goes down s m o o t h !!! :

Finally an authentic margarita recipe.....none of those added sweeteners, mixers...just pure mexican/texan margarita ingredients, with that awesome splash of lime. Blue Curacao (orange flavored liqueur but colored blue works great too, instead of triple sec...and yes, the drink will be beautiful blue!
