I love this recipe! A regular mojito seems so plain now! I have tweaked the ingredients a tad to Coconut Rum instead of Coconut milk which is hard to find in Northeast Ohio. This also increases the alcohol content which is a plus!

I made this mojito for my dinner club and it was a hit. The extra flavor of the ginger and basil was a good twist on a traditional mojito and went well with our Asian themed dinner. I did leave off the coconut milk as it didn't look appetizing on top of the drink. Other than that, it was great.
