I thought this recipe was great it takes a steak and adds a nice smoky southwestern flare. I thought that the BBQ sauce, mushroom ragout, and onion rings work perfectly together. Some of the ingredients can be hard to find, but I've made it using substitutions, and it turned out great. The mushroom ragout, is great even without adding the BBQ sauce to it. Try the ragout with grilled pork, fajitas, or any other Southwestern dish.
