This was okay flavor. I didn't add extra salt since soy has so much already and I halved the recipe and had enough sauce to glaze and use to dip. I think I'm giving up on chops - they always seem tough no matter what.

Very easy! Ideal recipe for weeknight after work, when there's not much time. Made exactly as listed, except made only 2 thick chops. Served with wild rice and stir-fried veggies with fresh ginger, splash of soy.

FABULOUS!! While growing up in the 70's, my husband & I were both victims of the 'shake'n bake' hockey puck pork chops. ugh... So I was very hesitant to try them again. But with the economy being as it is, and pork chop is such a budget friendly cut of meat, I seached FN for a recipe. This is SO super easy and tastey!! It's just the right amount of sweet to balance with the soy! This is now a new family favorite= Thanks Bobby!!

Gosh...getting my husband to grill "new" things is a challenge. But I got everything ready(glaze, pounding chopsit was only him & I, so, not too scary. He loves bone-in pk chops...and absolutely loved these. They had a great grill essense, bbq flavor, all without the "bbq saucy" taste. He is excited to work on the timing...makes this a winner day...for him and me.

This was so easy and very tasty and delicious! My family loved it. I prepared this with the creamy green chile rice from the same episode and both were a hit! These recipes will be used again and again!

Oh my gosh, this was AWESOME. I made it indoors on a grill pan, and it was perfect - followed the recipe exactly and served over the poblano chile rice.

I am 19 and 97 lbs...... and I scarfed down 2 pork chops. I substituted the canola oil with sesame oil (obsessed and added garlic with the onions. Instead of grilling it (since I don't own a grill, I baked it for 30 minutes and turned it over halfway... completely soaked in the sauce.
Great!

Bored of standard thyme or rosemary pork chop gourmet? Looking for something other than a stuffed porkie? Look no further and instead revel in the pure and simple deliciousness of Bobby's Pork Milanese with Soy-Honey Glaze!
The glaze alone is enough to earn a good review - as it not only suits pork chops, but also shrimp and stir-fry chicken!

We wanted something different on the grill and I had just picked up some beautiful bone-in pork chops - I had all of the ingredients and went to work. The ooohs and ahhs with each bite told me it was a success!!
