The most asinine "recipe" I have ever seen. Bobby Fail to the 10th degree. Shame on you Food Network, do you even HAVE editors?

Here, I'll share an old family recipe...got the store, buy a Stouffer's Lasagna, take it out of the package, put it in the oven and voila! In 30 mins you have tasty homemade lasagna. Can I have my own show now?

Couldn't find any Braciola at the store either, so I also tweaked the recipe. Turned out not half bad. Here's what I did.

I got into my car, turned on the ignition and drove to my local Italian Restaurant. In Baltimore we have our own Little Italy, so there are a bunch of options. I parked the car, went in (this is where things get a bit complicated and ordered some Braciola.

They didn't have any, so I settled on Chicken Parm. Turned out beautifully!

Good one Flay. Will definitely try again!

I found this recipe extremely difficult to follow, it was also difficult to find the ingridients listed so I made a few modifications.

I couldn't find braciola at the store, so I bought some hot dogs instead - I figured one store bought meat is as good as the other. Also instead of brushing with olive oil before cooking I discovered it turned out more tasty if I brushed it with mustard AFTER it was finished cooking. To make the recipe even more fancy I placed the cooked mustard brushed hot dog onto a store bought bun. Absolutely delicious, plus I didn't have to use a fork to eat it, so I saved some time during clean up!

And not too demanding unless you happen to be Sandra T_itslee. I bought my meat from Bolner's Meat Market in San Antonio and it was perfect. I also sprinkled the meat with Fiesta Texas Style Steak Seasoning and let it sit about an hour before grilling.

Bobby has the real thing listed as Grilled Beef Braciole with Grilled Tomato-Basil Relish. Check it out!
