This was excellent! In trying to make more Southbeach diet friendly, I subbed the sugars with truvia. I would add more carrot, cukes, red peppers next time. and more sriracha sauce. was a bit hit with teenage son and husband.

Super fantabulous! Eating a plant based diet I doubled all the veggies, and I halved the oil. I make all ingredients and keep the noodles, veg and dressing in a separate containers and use only enough dressing to coat at the time I serve it. It lasts several days this way and doesn't get soggy! Took this on a kayak trip and was the perfect power food! Thanks Bobby!

This was delicious! I used less Canola Oil, more Sriracha and added shredded imitation crab meat. A huge hit with everyone!! This recipe is a keeper! Thanks Bobby!!!

Easy and delicious! I followed earlier reviews and did not use as much canola oil. Lots of strong assertive flavors that makes a great summer side dish. Made mine with grilled salmon and it was awesome. Thanks Bobby!

I thought it was pretty good. I would make it again, but perhaps with a little less canola oil. Ours got a little bit soupy. I used 2 heaping tsps of sriracha and served more on the side which we used. I like the idea of sesame seeds.

Excellent! One of the best soba salads I've had. The only thing I changed was the canola oil for more sesame oil. Turned out great!

This noodle dish is sensational! Every time I make it, it all goes! It's super simple to make and the leftovers are just as good!

I decided to make Bobby's Buckwheat Noodle Salad for dinner after seeing it aired on Grill It. I could not find buckwheat noodles at my local grocery store, so I substituted whole wheat pasta (linguini instead. I was skeptical about the grated cucumber ingredient of the dish, but it really brings about a nice refreshing flavor to the noodles. I went easy on the chili sauce, but I think next time I will put in more than the 2 teaspoons required! On a side note, this pairs wonderfully with Bobby's Grilled Spicy Filet Mignon Salad with Ginger-Lime Dressing! Highly recommended!
