I made this dish last night and served it over Israeli couscous which absorbed the juices from the chicken as well as the vinagrette, but I would love to see a portion photo as my presentation could have used some help.

I made this for my mom and husband. They both couldn't stop raving about how good it was. This is a crowd pleaser.

This summer (July '10, my husband and I cruised .through Greece for 3 weeks. We ate various Greek foods. This recipe produces flavors identical to several restaurants in Greece. My opinion...this recipe is terrific as long as you are a fan of Greek foods. Enjoy.

This was fresh, flavorful and healthy. Thanks, Bobby! p.s. loved the grilled lemon - will definitely do that with other grilling.

Followed the receipe exactly, except I used boned in chicken breasts. So moist and flavorful! Vegetables were perfect. My husband is not a great lover of chicken ....He LOVED THIS! He even asked me to make it for dinner guests next week. I served it with Giada's Couscous.

This was easy and really tasty. I did the vegetables on a grill pan in the house which worked just fine. I also served cous cous on the side. I will definitely make this again. Love Bobby Flay:

I made this yesterday. Today I served the leftovers and they taseted even better. We didn't care for the dressing. I made tzatziki to eat with the leftovers.

This will be one of my favorites. Made it the other night for just myself and my boyfriend. Will definitely make for others! Just thinking about this makes my hungry for it all over again. I did make a few modifications as follows:

    1. Used boneless skinless chicken thighs.
    2. Substituted zucchini and red pepper for the onion (kept the tomato.
    3. Used a regular cucumber - peeled and removed seeds.
    4. Used dried oregano (1/3 amount called for because I couldn't find fresh that day.
    5. Infused olive oil with garlic and oregano by heating together. Used this in the dressing and to coat grilled items.
    6. Placed all ingredients on a bed of whole wheat couscous.
    7. Served the dressing on the side because I forgot to drizzle it on. The dish was EXCELLENT with or without!
