this is a great recipe and looks pretty too...if i make this again however, I won't grill a whole chicken on the grill. I recommend buying breasts, thighs and drumsticks with skin on and grilling in pieces. cutting the chicken up was a mess, plus it's hard to grill certain areas of the chicken when it is still whole-even when butterfied...otherwise, loved the recipe...total crowd pleaser!

This dish is just as flavorable as it is beautiful. The dressing is wonderful and I will be using it for other dishes. It was even great as a leftover for work. Thanks for this yummy and healthy recipe!!

If there are no dark meat fans in your home, using bone-in breasts would be OK. This is one recipe I made no changes to, and it was outstanding. Find Greek yoguart. It's essential to this recipe

My husband made this last night and I was amazed. All the flavors blended together so well! The only thing we didn't have was the greek yogurt (my local grocery store didn't have it But this was incredible, and looked amazing on the platter, such viberent colors. We will definetly be cooking this for out next party.

I decided to cook this after watching Bobby make it. The rave reviews sealed the deal. We slow cooked the chicken, I added garlic to the canola oil and microwaved it so it infused the flavor into the oil. Then used it to coat my chicken and veggies. Also added grilled zukes to the dish. I squeezed the lemon juice of one of the lemons over the dish before serving. Melt in your mouth delish!

I don't normally take the time to write reviews but I saw this show over the weekend and made it last night and it was really good! It was simple, but very flavorful and made good use of fresh ingredients. My husband who is a pretty picky eater wants me to make it again this week. We'll see...

We saw this episode several weeks ago and it looked so good we had to make it that night. We enjoyed it so much we made it again with three chickens for a party - a big hit. A great and different way to make chicken glamorous and delicious. Although there is a fair amount of prep work, we did everything ahead of time and let the guys do the grilling to keep it easy. The dressing adds a great dimension to the grilled chicken and vegetables, and don't leave out the greek yogurt - it adds a delicious creaminess. For once, we changed absolutely nothing about a recipe.
