Wonderful flavor! My daughter made these for us. What a treat! She just used the grill pan indoor but they will be great outside on the grill when we next have guest over. They'll be inpressed!

we have made these for our family and our neighbors. they all think they are awesome. we have tried several others recipes of bobby's they are all excellent. thanks for sharing bobbby.

These were a huge hit at our house. Our pork chops were not as big as Bobby's, and our deli cheese and meat were both too big for the chop. Still delicious though!

This pork chop was by far one of the "BEST" pork chops I have ever had, and definitely the best I have ever made!!!!!! I used bone in chops that were about 1 pound each. They didn't have any smaller ones, but man were they juicy and flavorful as heck!

I had the chance to prepare this recipe for my dad on Father´s Day. With the assistance of my wife, my mother and my father handling the grill, this was a good recipe to prep and share. Excellent!

Absolutely the best meal I've made in a while. I'm a big Cuban Sandwish fan and this was the ultimate. The corn recipe that went along with it was the bomb too. Good job, Bobby Flay.

So good- will definitely make again!! Only thing done different was grilling inside on grill pan instead of outside. Awesome pork chops!

Grilled these with charcoal instead of the usual gas grill...I think it made all the difference to add that extra little bit of excellence. The flavor was amazing. Definitely a keeper recipe.
