These were flaky and very moist inside, but I don't recall ever baking biscuits from scratch at such a low temp;therefore I raised the temp to 400 - I'm sure that it is probably a misprint and should be about 3/4 cup of buttermilk or even a cup, as I had to add more as well. I think changing the unsalted to half unsalted and half salted would make them have a little more flavor - overall they were pretty good.

These biscuits are good, but they take longer than the reccomended 12-15 minutes to bake, and they never really got golden brown. They taste ok, but I've had made better recipes.

These were great! I have made them a few times now and did add extra buttermilk to the recipe. They are great with sausage gravy and also for a dinner biscuit. I am not a big honey fan so I did not use it. I rate them five stars!
