I made this for Christmas dessert. A lot of work overall but okay if you do the steps at different times. I did the crust (using 1 cup graham crumbs then i made the filling Christmas morning and heated them before serving. SOOO good!! For ingredients and process I pretty much followed the recipe except the cracker crumbs and used light cream cheese.

I wish I could give this 10 stars. I made this for Christmas dinner and it was absolutely delicious! The apple brandy was hard to find but worth it. It is labor intensive so be prepared. The cheesecake is creamy and light with just the right amount of sweetness. The hint of orange is an unexpected delight. Everyone loved it.

This is an amazing combo, I've made it several times now. Let me save you some time. Though the finished product is to die for, your guests won't notice if you buy the caramel sauce. I do and it saves time and has never been noticed. Just make sure you buy a high quality caramel sauce. Also, if you have a cheesecake that you like, make that one. Bobby's is good, but I've found better. I now use Dorie Greenspan's recipe for a tall, creamy basic cheesecake that is silky and wonderful. By all means, make this! It is fabulous and the finished result is stunning. Yummy!

This cheesecake was amazing! The first one I've ever made from scratch, but be prepared for hours and hours of work! The best part is the cheesecake recipe could work with any topping.

Loved it ! Make sure you have the time to dedicate to this dessert, its worth it ! This was the 1st cheese cake I ever made, came out perfect. I brought it as a dessert for Thanksgiving. I drizzeled the carmel sauce over the top of the cake and than arranged the apples on top, sprinkled with walnuts. Served extra sauce on side. My family loved it so much I will be making it again !!!

Great cake! I substituted the graham crackers for gluten free ones so I could eat it too!

I took this cheesecake to work. There are a few people who do not really like desserts, but loved this. It is quite tasty, though a bit on the labor-intensive side. I would say, wath the caramel very closely. My first batch burned in 4-5 minutes. My second batch came out good, though. Also, on the apple mixture, I should have strained the apples. There was a lot of excess juice, and, not thinking, i poured it along with the apples on top. The juice just leaked out and got everywhere.
