    I've never made cheesecake before and decided to try this one for my first attempt. It turned out fantastic! We had it for Easter dinner and my family raved about it. I didn't have what was needed to make the carmal apple topping so I just made a fresh fruit and glaze instead. My sister-in-law works in the kitchen of a fancy resturant and she said it was the best she'd ever had!

    i seen this recipe on throwdown/bobbyflay so i made it and it was great maybe not as good as bobby's but good.delicious
