    I made this along with chicken and chickpea tagine and couscous and served it to fussy eaters and everyone loved it. When I first made it I thought the flavors were a bit strong, but once it mellowed overnight it was just amazing and everyone loved it. Great recipe!

    Perfect to make while youa re doing the tagine and leave out at room temperature. Really great carrot recipe.

    I think that there was too much oil in this recpie. Maybe take it down to about 1 TBS.

    I made this tonight and it was really tasty. Put it over a salad and you have a meal. You can also add some Dijon mustard in the dressy for more flavor.

    Good and different salad recipe. Lots of flavor. I served it over sliced onions and lettuce, but the carrots were good alone, too. Will make again for sure.
