This was a bit soupy, so next time I will use less cream, but the flavor was out of this world. I agree with other reviewers that more cauliflower or maybe cut back on some of the cheese.

Yummy, but soupy. I should have followed the others reviewers advice and used 1/4 C Half n Half. I will make this again, but with the Half n Half instead.

I made this years ago for Christmas, and this was probably one of the first times I ever ate and enjoyed Cauliflower. Since then, I eat cauliflower (with cheese only, lol all the time. I plan on bringing this recipe out again for the holidays this year. It's amazing

    This is actually pretty amazing.
I joined in on the Reviews train and did 1/4 cup of half 'n half versus 2 cups of cream and avoided any soupiness. Also curious if you could work in Greek yogurt?

I used almost all of the cheese but cut back on the Parmesan -- 2 cups seems like a LOT and I love cheese. Next time, I would keep the cheese and add more cauliflower. I might also try some slivered almonds on top for crunch.

Super simple, amazing side dish. We all enjoyed thirds...

Made this recipe last night with stuffed rack of lamb, OMG it was wonderful. Made the recipe exactly as stated, 2 C heavy cream and layered the cheese and it came out beautifully. I did spinkle a little cajun spice blend on top just for a little color and pop. The gratin does have a small amount of "creamyness" but it has wonderful flavor and texture. Will be a keeper.

I only rate 5 stars for something that really blows me away, and this recipe most definitely did ! Used only 1/4 cup half and half, (as other reviewers suggested since I had no cream. Other than that, followed recipe exactly. LOVED IT !!

This was sooo good and very rich. You should probably only eat 1/2 cup haha, but I would add more cauliflower (I actually double the amount because there was more cheese/sauce than vegetables.

This recipe was a hit! Everyone absolutely loved it. I actually did add more cauliflower because I used both an orange and green cauliflower for color. I also used a little less cream and a little more goat cheese. I love Bobby Flay....

I absolutely HATE cauliflower, but LOVE cheese so I thought I'd try this. It was amazing!!! Cut the cream in half..Still slightly soupy. Might try to add bread crumbs next time. Thankyou Bobby for introducing me to cauliflower in a new light!!!
