I think this is the best thing I've ever eaten. Not exactly health food, but perfect for Christmas dinner.

We don't care for goat cheese, so we simply eliminated that. It was great! Everyone is asking me for the recipe!

This cauliflower is EXCELLENT. I used it as a new and unique side dish for Christmas dinner. However, it was a little too liquidy. I think if I make it again, I would use 1 1/2 cups of cream instead of 2 and 6 oz of Jack cheese instead of 8 oz. The cheese was great, but so much of it makes the dish a little chewy; and I'd rather have more of a goat cheese flavor come through.

I made this dish for Christmas with the family - it was incredibly easy and very tasty. The only thing is I don't think the recipe needed anymore salt - the cheese made it salty enough. the goat cheese is definitely key to the wonderful taste. I'll be making this again.

When I watched Bobby prepare the Cauliflower-goat cheese gratin on TV...I was in awh. I couldn't wait to make it myself. It was a matter of 2 days...so I could get the ingredients...it was soo simple and very tasty. Its much better than potatos au gratin anyday! I'm planning to serve it with our Christmas meal.

I wanted a different spin on cauliflower, but this was not what I was hoping it would be. I never really loved goat cheese, but I was hoping it wouldn't be too overpowering in this recipe...I was wrong. If you like the flavor of goat cheese, I think you will love this.

Excellent! Good tang from the cheeses, easy to make ahead, refrig, then pop in the oven. It is definately a keeper!!

Fantastic...great recipe to make ahead of time and finish when guests arrive. Great to see a recipe w/ goat cheese. Although, I'm happy eating goat cheese "as is."
