    I've been making Bobby's Guacamole for years and it is always a big hit!! It is so easy to make. All the flavors are so good together and I love how it is chunky. I always double the recipe because it goes so fast.

    Loved this recipe! Had to make a change with the grilling due to weather (hurricane Fay!. I was able to grill the corn on my square, ribbed calphalon griddle pan, with some additional steaming after. This was a hit even with my non guacamole eaters!!! EVERYONE LOVED it!!!
