I am a chicken lover and always hunting for a unique chicken dish - with this recipe I found it. My boyfriend and I have loved making this for our own pleasure or for impressing frineds and family with a dinner that looks like it took hours to create. You will love how juicy the chicken stays and the combination of the spinach and feta with a hint of lemon is very delicious!! I would recommend using toothpicks to hold the chicken together as well as using a meat tenderizer to thin out the chicken. Overall a terriffic chicken dish that with look, smell and taste better than you could imagine.

I followed other reviews advice and made what I thought was very little filling. I cut down on the recipe some. Turned out having just enough filling for all the chicken I had. Was a good supper with no leftovers. Probably make it again in less than a week.

We had this dish for lunch at the Parthenon on a weekend trip to Chicigo and had been searcing for the recipe. It is as good as we remembered- delicious food and fond memories of Chicigo!

I made this recipe on a day that I didn't have alot of time to cook. It was very easy to follow and since I read the reviews, I used 12 chicken breasts (I have a large family. The amount of filling was perfect. My family really enjoyed this meal, even though most of them don't care for spinach. Thanks!

Being a rookie at using recipes, I found this one to be pretty simple. When I realized how much stuffing I had left over, I made piles in between the chickens and baked it for about 5-7 minutes. I'm glad I baked it because my husband really enjoyed the stuffing so much that he ate an extra pile (me too. He recommended that I pile it on top of the chicken next time.

The recipe was wonderful and so easy to follow. this was great, quick, and impressive dish. I do have to agree with the previous review about "too much filling" you have more than enough with just half the filling amount.

Found the recipe made too much filling for the chicken called for. I'd recommend making half or using leftover filling to make appetizor spanikopitas. Either way, it's delicious
