Another Bobby hit! These are fantastic! If you grill the bacon do not leave your grill unattended as it will catch on fire. I am now a huge fan of chicken burger in general. I have found that if you make your pattys and freeze them for about 30-40 min prior to grilling they are less likely to stick to the grill. I usually still coat them with a bit of olive oil but freezing sure does make a difference.

I agree with everyone that said this was delicious. I didn't have chicken burger so I used a chicken breast with the bone and skin. I removed the skin and grilled the chicken breast indoors. I also grilled the bacon indoors. For the bun, I put butter on the inside and placed it on the grill face down. When I but the chicken with all the ingredients on the bun, all I could say was "Oh, my God!". My daugther said it was the best chicken sandwich/bun she ever had.

This is a fantastic meal. I had never thought to grill bacon before...amazing! Now whenever we grill, I throw on a couple of slices to have the next day. The vinaigrette is also fantastic. It is our go-to vinaigrette. Don't skip it, because it really brings the burger together.

I made this for the first time last year for my family and everyone loved it!!! It is extremely moist and flavorful. Even my husband, who is a beef man, loved it. For a healthier version we use turkey bacon and whole wheat buns. It is now a regular in our house.

This burger had great flavor, but was too big to get a bite of everything at the same time. If I make it again, I will make the patties thinner or serve it without the bun.

I saw this recipe a few days ago and decided to make it last night. Apart from the bacon setting my grill on fire, it was a fantastic burger. I ended up cooking the bacon in the house, but other than that it was very easy to make. I will definately make again!
