This is a fantastic meal. I had never thought to grill bacon before...amazing! Now whenever we grill, I throw on a couple of slices to have the next day. The vinaigrette is also fantastic. It is our go-to vinaigrette. Don't skip it, because it really brings the burger together.

I made this for the first time last year for my family and everyone loved it!!! It is extremely moist and flavorful. Even my husband, who is a beef man, loved it. For a healthier version we use turkey bacon and whole wheat buns. It is now a regular in our house.

This burger had great flavor, but was too big to get a bite of everything at the same time. If I make it again, I will make the patties thinner or serve it without the bun.

I saw this recipe a few days ago and decided to make it last night. Apart from the bacon setting my grill on fire, it was a fantastic burger. I ended up cooking the bacon in the house, but other than that it was very easy to make. I will definately make again!

I am always wary of ground chicken as we can never seem to cook it without it getting dry.....I doubled the salad dressing and marinated chicken breasts in it and grilled them. I did go easy on the bleu cheese - a sprinkling is much better than a slab like Bobby does as it can overpower the sandwich. It was great! Everbody loved it!!!

I've never used ground chicken, I tried chicken sausage once and could not get past the texture. After watching the video I decided to make this. In the video Bobby adds the vegetable oil, salt and pepper to the chicken and mixes it in. The recipe doesn't say to do that, it just says to make the patties, brush with oil then salt and pepper. I think this helps to add great flavor and keeps the ground chicken from drying out. The family doesn't like blue cheese so I used pepper jack. I will make again, it was really good. One final tip, only add a little of the dressing to the lettuce then add more to the burgers if needed. I poured all of the dressing on the lettuce and it was way to much.

After working outside in the yard all day, we decided to try out this recipe for dinner. It was quick, easy and very tasty!!! All of the ingredients came together really well...LOVED the vinegarette!!!! We agreed that we may use less blue cheese next time, but other than that, it was fantastic!!!! I will definitely use this recipe over and over and over again!!!

What a delicious burger. The salad topping really kicks it up to the next level. I even made this for my daughter and her girlfriend and they couldn't believe how tasty it was especially for chicken burgers. Thanx Bobby for another great recipe.

This was fabulous. Wife doesn't like blue cheese, so I replaced it with harvati cheese with dill, and it was spectacular. Also replaced turkey bacon for regular bacon and used 99% lean chicken. Wow, delicious flavors and a really lean burger. Really easy to make. Will make it again and again.
