I was excited to try this burger as a part of our new "healthier eating" kick and we just loved it, but I knew we would because it's bobby! To bring down the fat a bit I used one slice of bacon and a light blue cheese and a light bun. This one goes in the recipe book, along with the vinegrette, which is fantastic and simple! I'm using that for a basic dressing to make for everyday salads. Never had a chicken burger...will never go without now!

My whole family gave this chicken burger a thumbs up. I grind my own chicken and used all breast meat. The garnishes really made any other type of dressing such as mayo, ketchup, mustard, etc. unnecessary and so added to the healthiness of the burger.

This burger had no flavor. I don't understand what the other raters tasted. I followed the recipe exactly. Such a bummer...

This is a great combination of flavors and color - tastes great and looks super appealing on the plate! I actually substituted homemade guacamole for the avocado slices and slathered a generous portion of the guac right on the bun. Also basted the chicken burger with a little bit of dijon mustard for extra flavor, which was fantastic. Easy to cook in the oven also, if weather gets in the way of grilling...

My daughter-in-law is wheat and gluten intolerant, so I revised this recipe to suit her needs. I diced and added all the ingredients to the meat, however I substituted sun-drived tomatoes for fresh. I also added half the quantity of the vinaigrette ingredients, except olive oil, to the meat. It turned out really excellent and very flavorful. I'm going to try it as a meatloaf next.

I didn't have ground chicken so I used ground turkey. It was the best turkey burger I have ever had. My husband even said he would eat them again. This is going to become a regular at our house.
