Made this tonight and we enjoyed it - and very filling, too. However, when I make it again, I think that I'll just put some plain Romaine on top - the vinaigrette dressing seemed to overpower the subtle flavors of the avocado, bacon, tomato and cheese.

This was great. I added some Soy and Teriyaki to the meat for a little asian flavor. Also, I used watercress instead of Romaine since it is full of antioxidents. My boys all loved it. They were big so you don't really need to much else!
