Oh my! I have never had chicken parm so tender. I have some very picky eaters in my house and this went over like you would not believe. My 4 yr old actually asked for seconds. HUGE portions so the second time we made it we invited over a few friends and they actually took home some leftovers! With some nice crusty bread and a glass of wine this was a HUGE hit in my house with young and um...older alike. Making this next time with veal and keeping my fingers crossed! Love your recipes Bobby!!!!

It took a lot of time to make but so worth it!!!! The recipe yields alot of sauce so my mom used it later to make spaghetti and lasagna. LOL

This chicken parm recipe was AWESOME! The chicken was so tender and delicious....with the bread crumbs, cheese, etc. I did not make the home-made sauce thought. I got Classico's Tomato & Basil sauce. But all put together this dish was DELICIOUS!!! This is now one of my staple dishes. Not hard to make either!

My guests LOVED this recipe. They all were stuffed with half of the chicken, so it was good. Also, I heated my on high eat, but it only took 10 seconds to have the breaded part of the chicken cook. I did the two minutes thing and my smoke alarm went off. But overall, awesome recipe. Would cook again for any gathering!

While I made some adjustments, this dish was easy and delicious. It was made easier by substituting a favorite jar of sauce for the marinara, and using italian flavored bread crumbs instead of panko. I also cut the amount of flour and crumbs. I strongly recommend you try it!
